prometheus+alertmanager实现监控服务宕机后发送邮件
简单的 demo, 通过配置prometheus+alertmanager，实现监控服务宕机后发送邮件。分两步配置：
1. prometheus 配置
prometheus.yml:
alert_rules.yml:
监控服务是否宕机，宕机则发送邮件警告。
注：
alert_rules.yml、prometheus.yml在同一目录下
2. alertmanager 配置
alertmanager.yml:
